Licensed Pilots
FAA Part 61 and Part 107 Licensed Pilots for General Aviation Aircraft and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations requires any person operating a UAS (Drone) for compensation or commercial purposes to be licensed under Part 107. All of our pilots are FAA Licensed and in compliance with FAA Regulations.

Restricted Airspace Access
There are many types of airspace restrictions in the United States. Axon is experienced with filing FAA waivers to request access to restricted airspace. This allows us to conduct flights in areas generally prohibiting the use of drones for any purpose.

We value the safety and privacy of our surroundings during each and every drone flight. Each flight includes a continuous safety analysis, conducted with full drone liability insurance coverage. In compliance with current FAA regulations, all Axon aircraft are federally registered.
